A Halloween-themed pomegranate negroni cocktail

Halloween Pomegranate Negroni

A twist on the classic Negroni. The distinctive Campari taste is combined with orange and pomegranate juices and paired with white rum.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce pomegranate juice preferably freshly squeezed
  • 1 ounce orange juice preferably freshly squeezed
  • 1 ounce white rum
  • 4-5 Ice cubes for shaking or to add after mixing drink
  • 1 slice orange optional (for garnish), with or without pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix the Campari, orange juice, pomegranate juice, and white rum together.
  2. Either shake them with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker/tightly closed glass gar or pour the drink and add the ice cubes. In either event, serve cold.

Recipe Notes

I used a navel orange for both the juice and garnish.
