Simmer - Definition

Heating water or cooking food with liquids on the stovetop or in the oven so that there are small bubbles around the sides and perhaps toward the middle of the pot or pan. A simmer occurs at a lower temperature than a rolling boil.

    Utterly understand what your stance in this matter. Though Id disagree on some of the finer details, I feel you probably did an awesome job explaining it. Sure beats having to analysis it on my own. Thanks. Anyway, in my language, there arent a lot good supply like this.
